Our breakfast delights guests with carefully selected, handcrafted treats. We believe in quality over quantity — it’s not about endless variety, but about freshness and exceptional ingredients.
From crusty bread and Ticino cheeses to alpine butter, farm-fresh yogurt, and locally made salametti, every bite brings the authentic flavors of the region to your plate. We care deeply about seasonality and sourcing close to home, which is why we choose local suppliers whenever possible — true to the “kilometre zero” philosophy.

At B5, coffee is a conscious choice. No capsules, no plastic, no shortcuts — just real craftsmanship, pulled on a classic Faema E61.
Our beans come from Fabio at Caffè Antico, roasted in small batches over hardwood in Intragna, right in the heart of Ticino. Fair, local, and made with genuine care.
You won’t find pod machines in our rooms. Instead, we invite you down to our Salotto — for coffee done right.
