We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual who keeps the bigger picture in mind, brings fresh ideas to the table, and thrives in an innovative setting.

Your role
– Support hotel management with operational tasks
– Coordinate daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
– Contribute strategically and bring your own ideas for improvement
– Work with our digital tools and help optimize their use

What you bring
– Some experience in hospitality or a similar field, ideally with a strong digital affinity
– Good German skills and good command of Italian and English – additional languages are a plus
– Familiarity with hotel software (e.g., Protel AIR, Straiv, Vertical Booking) or willingness to learn
– A calm and solution-oriented mindset, even when things get busy
– Team spirit, flexibility, and a passion for new ideas
